The best I can figure is that Nancy Olive Morton Zachry died between the 1870 & 1880 census. I'm sure you have concluded the same. I have no further information regarding when she might have died. I only have James Benson Zachry listed as having died in 1872. Do you have an exact date of death for him?
Regarding the Zachry website - I, too, have had problems with the website. I haven't checked it in almost 2 years. I had input some data, but it seemed as if everything I had put in was not accessible when I went back to it. Not sure what is going on there. I know at one time, if I recall correctly, they were going to be changing to what was going to be a better/more advanced/more user friendly program/software.
