William, I'm a hobbyist only, but here is what I found online.

The 255th Infantry was one of the infantry regiments in the 63rd Infantry Division. A brief allusion to the action about which you are seeking info can be found at this web page:

I googled Bliesbruck AND liberation and found nothing referencing other units. This, of course, does not suggest there were no other units involved in the liberation of the town – only that my cursory search yielded no results. To determine if other units were involved, one would have to dig deeper.
