As you probably know there is much info on the internet that is not correct. Apparently Thomas Wray married Elizabeth Alcey Whitson in 1763 in Albemarle co Va or at least someone posted that. I can not find wny Wray or Whitson researcher that has ever heard of these people. Wehn they went to Tennessee and had children their family seems well documented but no one seems to have any info about Thoams Wray and Alcey Whitson in Virgin and who they were and which Wray line and Whitson line they were from or where they were born or who their parents were.
