I am looking for information on Moses Mikel Wray b. 9 Jan 1804 in SC to ????? He married Sarah Petty b. 11 Mar 1811 and had the following known children:
-- Sarah Wray
-- Olivia Adeline Wray b. 13 Aug 1838 in Alabama; married Thomas E. Crutchfield
-- James E. Wray b. 15 Sep 1849 in Alabama; d. 5 Feb 1870 in Grant County, Arkansas; buried Philadelphia Cemetery
-- David Richard Wray b. 2 Jun 1853 in Alabama; m. Nancy Jane Harrelson 12 May 1872 in Grant Co., AR; d. 9 Feb 1917 in Palmyra, AR; buried in Philadelphia Cemetery, Grant Co. AR
Moses M. Wray died 28 Feb 1880 and is buried at Philadelphia Cemetery, Grant Co., AR. Sarah (Petty) Wray died 4 Jun 1903 and is also buried at Philadelphia Cemetery.
David and Nancy (Harrelson) Wray are my Great Grandparents.
According to my Great Aunt Mary, daughter of David and Nancy, There were two sons of Moses and Sarah (Petty) Wray that were killed at Vicksburg. We do not have their names.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.
