Hi Ken
I have another question if you don't mind. We had discussed the Benjamin Wray who died about 1779 in Lunenburg co Va. H elived on Maggotty Creek. There was a Joseph and a Moses and a William Wray listed in the Lunenburg co Va tithe list. I recently found a record where a Benjamin Wray died in 1743 in Brunswick co Va. Carl Ray who posts on the Ray Genforum said that Benjamin Wray was born in 1656 and died in 1743 in Brunswick co Va. The church vestry paid someone 200 lbs of tobacco to bruy Benjamin Wray. Do you have any idea who that Benjamin Wray was? Since he died in 1743 and the Benjamin Wray we discussed died in 1749 in Lunenburg co Va they were obviously different Benjamin Wrays. Lunenburg co Va was formed from Brunswick co Va in 1746 as I am sure you know. Thanks,Ross
