Early RAy is the son of Thomas F Ray and Mary Pope. He was born Dec 31, 1875 in Dyer County, Tenn. I am looking for any info on Early or his Wife Emma Dotson, from Oklahoma. Early and Emma. Tom and Mary moved to ARkansas after 1880. They then moved to Ok and were going to buy land there until they were told by son Early, that land was free in NM. so they moved to Blair, Quay County, NM in 1907. they filed homestead claims. I dont know when
Early and Emma moved to Amarillo, Texas where she died in 1916 of appendicitis. I am looking for any other info of this time pertaining to the Ray family in Texas or NM or Ok. Thanks you julie
