NELSON-CHANDLER-WOODS, UNIDENTIFIED VICTORIAN ERA PHOTOS

I have old photos in albums belonging to my grandmother Mary "Minnie" [nee Nelson] Woods and her sister.

Mary Minion "Minnie" Nelson married first Mr. Chandler. She married 2nd 15 Aug 1896 in Clay Co, TX to Charles Beangley Woods.

Mary Minion Nelson Chandler Woods died in Slayton, Lubbock, TX 18 June 1944 and is buried in Englewood Cemetery, Slayton, TX alongside her husband Charles Woods, who died 24 Oct 1930.

All of the photos are believed to be of NELSON family members. One is labeled "Uncle Harvey"; another is labeled "Sister Beatrice". There is one photo labeled "Emma and Jack Wedding Photograph". I searched ancestry.com sites, and found a duplicate of one of the photos identified as Travis Burns Nelson. Travis is believed to have had a sister or half-sister named Emily in addition to a brother Harvey Nelson.

There are hundreds of photos. One is posted to the FTDNA Nelson tripod.com site

Look for the "Photos" link on the left side of the page. If you are familiar with this line and believe you can help identify anyone in these photos, please contact Michael Briggs. mike@briggsview.com
