i am looking for any info on "Old" John Woods, all i know is he was born 1770 in Germany and married Margaret Durham..I've tried tracing his parents and such but get nothing. He had 3 Children, 1.Ruebin born 1790, 2.John born 1809, 3.August G.born 1818. He may have been the 1st resident of Laurel County, and 3000 acres in Woods Creek, but can't find anything on his parents or anything else
