Hi Karen!
Did some hunting around for them. Have you seen the Family Search Pilot Program? It has online images of death certificates for Texas 1890-1976 (although there are VERY few before 1910). Anyway, found James Cleo Woods. He dies in Baylor Hospital in Dallas. Here are the particulars
Father: JN Woods
Mother: Emma Mae Roberts
Informant on death certificate: Roy/Ray Woods
lived in Amarillo

Checked the 1910, 1920 and 1930 censuses of Donley Co. Sure enogh, there's J.N., which turns out is James Nathan, with Emma May and children James Cleo, Ray and Robert Boyd.
So Cleo's younger brother Ray signed Cleo's death certificate and Robert Boyd Woods is probably Bob.
In the 1900 census for Gray Co. TX there's Thomas Jefferson Roberts, widowed, b. Dec. 1844 in Georgia, with his 2 daughters, Minnie, 22, Ellen S., 17, and Emma M., 15. Emma M. is born May, 1885 (I can forgive one year off). The girl's birth pattern in TX-GA-NC.
Turns out Thomas Jefferson Roberts later lives in Donley Co.
I found them in the Tarrant Co. TX 1880 census (thank you Minnie for being born!).

" ", Clemie, 33, b. NC
" ", Mary Virginia, 6, daughter, b. AR
" ", Minnie S., 1, daughter, b. TX
WILSON, William, 12, step-son, b. AR
" ", John, 10, step-son, b. AR
And bingo! Right next door:
ROBERTS, David, 60, b. SC
" ", Sarah E., wife, 54, GA
" ", Harriet P, daughter, 22, GA
" ", Sarah E., granddaughter, 7, b. AR
Looks like a match!
Finally, this looks like Thomas Jefferson Roberts death certificate. He dies in 1933 in Tarrant Co. His father is listed as David Roberts, b, Scotland (?!). Informant is H. G. Alexander
