Hi, I just posted this on the GRAVATT family page, message number 166: It is Lillie's birth record from Kentucky.
I was looking up similar information on Frank for someone on Yahoo Answers just now.They said he was married to a LILLIE MAE WOODS. I found her birth information on ancestry.com:

Mother's Name: TILATHA PENION

Volume Year: 1931
I had noticed one of the messages here said her mother's name was LEITHA , so thought I'd show this information.Her father's name was JIM WOODS (1910-1977), from SIZEROCK, PIKE, KY. It didn't say what he did for a living. ={
