I am trying to locate researchers of William Woods, born 1834, and his wife Esther Hoyland, born 1841, who had son Thomas Edward Woods, born 5 March 1876 in Manchester, England. The DNA of a descendant of this Thomas Woods has just been reported by the Sorenson Molecular Genealogy Foundation and it is a match with descendants of Michael Woods who was born 1684 in Ireland and died 1762 in Albemarle County, Virginia.
