Hello, I noticed the name Wood of London. I have hit a brick wall in my family of Wood from London.

Whilst searching your family - did you come across -

Frederick William Wood bn. 1854 in London. Has a younger sister Eve,Eva or Evelyn.
Spent all his life in the Army and saw service in India, Egypt, 2nd Anglo Afghan War.
Out of the Army by 1901 because at this time he went to live in Antwerp and married a Belgian Lady.
Unable to trace his Army Records and he could be one of 3
or 4 Frederick William Wood shown on the Census forms.

Have you a spare Fred.Wm. Wood at all?

In desperation - Irene Cooke
