My name is Shan Mincey. I'm a young African American woman looking for anyone who has any connection to my great great grandfather Will Mincey formerly Will Walker. It is rumored that my family's last name would have been walker had my great great grandfather had not killed a man and changed his last name to Mincey while he was on the run.
