Still looking for the background of Aaron Walker b. ca. 1819 KY, d. 1880 Macoupin IL, married to Nancy Ann Best, children Serelda, Nancy, Clarissa, Aaron, William, Hiram, Maria, Edward, Lenora, Lavinia, Julius.
In 1840 lived in Oomphghent, Madison IL, near Elijah Walker. In 1860 he lived next to 42-year-old James Walker and wife Mary (Bentley) of TN, 49-year-old John Lewis Walker and wife Elizabeth of TN, and 60-year-old John Walker and wife Lavinia (Davis) who came to IL from IN.
Anyone who has a clue of how Aaron might be connected to these other Walkers please share.
I'm a descendant of Aaron's daughter Clarissa Walker Sawyer.
