Some of these families I can identify, but I am wondering if there are other connections to Jesse Walker that I'm not aware of. Does anyone have additional information. I haven't checked the history of Randolph Co., but it now adjoins Howard Co. to the south and Macon Co. to the north.

Ancestry.com has recorded Washington Walter and Mary Shim, but in looking at the copy, I am sure this is Washington WALKER and Mary Shirn or Shearin. The death certificate of a William J. Walker in 1922 (Randolph Co) lists his parents as Washington Walker and Mary Shearon.
Washington and Mary are listed in the 1850 census of Macon Co. as follows:
