West ("Westley") Walker was born about 1796 in Burke Co., NC or more likely b GA to Jeremiah & Caty, son of Jesse Walker, RS & 1st wife Frances/Fanny ?West.
West was in the 1820 census of Wayne Co., KY, living next door to his brother Gillium (whose name would be "William" in French, named after Jeremiah's grand father).
Next to the brothers was Rachel Walker widow of Jeremiah's 1/2 brother Jesse Walker, who had d abt. 1816.
Jesse, RS, son of William, son of Thomas Walker 3rd, was in GA seeking land grants, and we do not have the exact day he moved to GA after the RW (and moved to Wayne Co, KY where he left his Bible with Rachel Walker).
West b abt 1796 was married 3 times, children by two. He & his 3rd wife had a son Wesley/West b ca 1848 in IL.
