This may be another John Wofford; but I am the GGGG Grandson of a John Wofford who died in 1809, Madison Co., AL. He was born in 1730, {Prince George, Montgomery Co., MD. One of his sons, Daniel Wofford, born Nov. 22, 1771, SC and died Aug. 22, 1859,Bee Co., TX. One of Daniels' daughters, Emily Wofford, born Sept. 15, 1819, Rankin, MS and died Nov. 5, 1894, Bee Co., TX. Emily married a Henderson Williams.If you recognize any of this, please contact me.
