My 3rd great-grandfather was JOHN WOLFORD, b. 1754 in Montgomery Cnty, PA. married ELIZABETH WOOLEVER of NJ; fought in the REV. WAR; after the war, migrated to what is now WVA. One of their sons was named ABRAHAM, b. 1791.

ABRAHAM married MARY SUMMERFIELD, b.1794. Their children were: ELIZABETH, 1824; JOHN "Jibby John", 1823; ISAAC, 1830; JEMIMA; 1832; and FANNY, 1835.

Hope this information is helpful to you. My great-great grandfather was ABRAHAM's brother MARTIN, b. 1806 who migrated to Tipton Cnty, Indiana by way of Ohio and Illinois. Have lots of data on the WOLFORDs of IN and a little on the WOLFORDs of WVA which I am willing to share with you if you think it would help.
