I just noticed this post - my response is not too timely, but better late than never. My dad is Gary N. Utter from Tulsa, OK & Big Cabin OK. My grandfather was Roy W Utter also from the Tulsa area, but he grew up in the Neosho/Carthage/Noel Mo area. My dad and grandfather used to attend an Utter family reunion in Neosho at or near a fish hatchery. I believe they is still a group of Utter cousins who get together.
