I show Louella Jane Utter being the daughter of my great grandfather Cornelius Julian Utter, and his first wife Adeline Parker. My data indicates that Louella was born 13 Jan 1875, Johnson County, IN, married in 1896 to William Starnes, probably in Barry County, MO. I descend from Cornelius J. and Louisa Harbourt.
