Solomon Turnipseed son of David and Catherine Core Turnipseed, born 1820 in Ohio. Married Sarah Jane Paul, March 19, 1843 in Fayette County, Ohio. Found Solomon in the 1850 census Jasper County, Missouri, he is 34 years of age, Sarah Jane is 26, Elmira is 5 and Jacob is 3. Unknown in the 1860 census. 1870 census found living in Sutter County, California he is 49 years of age, Sarah is 31, Elizabeth is 4, and Virginia is 1, Elmira and Jacob are not listed. Could be the same Sarah as the ages are listed as 5 years off. In 1880 he is in Colusa City, Colusa County, California.
