Harry and Anna's son Jim married Mavis Jordan. They were married less than 10 years and had 3 children; Robert James Turnipseed, Linda Anna Turnipseed and John William Turnipseed. After the death of his parents Anna and Harry Jim dropped the Turnipseed name and changed all our names to his middle name (Anna's maiden name) Hunter. After the divorce Mavis moved to Iowa and later remarried. We had a third name change to Gray after he adopted the three of us. All this happened in the 50's and 60's, since then we kids never felt comfortable talking about that side of the family. Now I have grown children of my own and I would like to know about my family that I never knew.
