SIDNEY S. TOLSON
ROCKY MOUNT - Sidney Styron Tolson, 55, died Saturday, Oct. 22, 2005. He was born Nov. 3, 1949, in Norfolk Va., to the late John and Celeste Tolson. Mr. Tolson was the founder of Ossid Corp. in Rocky Mount and he was a Vietnam veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Robin E. Tolson; three daughters and son-in-laws, Andrea and James Westcott, Samantha and John Cheatham, all of Rocky Mount, and Jamie and Willie Langley of Tarboro; eight grandchildren, Jordan and Kylie Westcott, Christopher Cash Jr., Mathew Cash, Sophia Cheatham, Cody Joyner, Emily Stroud and Sidney Langley; and a sister, Karen Kulpinski of Maryland.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. today at St. Paul United Methodist Church with the Rev. Wayne Hicks and the Rev. Danny Daughtridge officiating. Burial will follow in the Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral and other times at the home of Samantha and John Cheatham.
