Nancy Swearingen and John Wesley Miller met and married in S. C. or GA and had 6 sons who fought in the civil war. One of them Louis or Lewis Harp Miller is my great great grandfather. I need to know about the parents and ancestors of Nancy Swearingen. Family settled in and around Walton County Florida near Vernon and Millers Ferry. Please help me to know if the Swearingen is related to Garrett who came from Holland in the middle 1600's.
