I have e-mailed you 3 death cert.from Missouri
George W.'s,Sarah's and Myrtle's.I hope you will take a look at them.George was the son of Hugh Tone Swearingen (Tona)and Betsy Hartley .Sarah Elizabeth Bookout was the daughter of William Bookout and Nancy Sweet.Their daughter Myrtle born 7/18/1895 died of TB on 2/4/1916 ,not from a fall from a horse.
The other children of George W. and Sarah:
1.Ida Mae was born 11/30/1901 and died 7/24/1970 in Christian Co.MO.married 10/6/1923 to F.Kirkpatrick in Christian Co.MO.
2.Velma June born 12/5/1910 died 7/26/1950 Ventura Co. CA married Louie Ayers.
3.Corda E. born 7/1/1904 died 3/22/1997 in Greene Co.Mo.married Leonard (Lynn)T.Cornelison on 5/18/1922 in Douglas Co.MO.
4.Claude Elmer married Wilma on 1/6/1918 in Douglas Co.MO.
5.Arthur (I have not found his info)
6. William T. married Susan C.Wagner on March 8,1908 in Douglas Co.MO.
This family is on several of the census in Douglas Co.MO.
1900 1910 etc....
Sarah Elizabeth Bookout,Swearingen had a couple more children that were either stillborn or did not live long after birth and are buried in Douglas Co.MO.
