It's possible that Quemahoning Twp extended into Westmoreland township originally. You may want to check the formation date for Westmoreland County if you haven't already done so. Good luck on your line. I do see some McAfees in Chester County ca. 1775 but no Matthew in the one wills abstract book I examined. Good luck! / Tom
