Stilly/Stilley/Stille Family Line

I am working on organizing and verifying my Stilley family line, which has largely been gathered from various Internet sources. The part I'm most concerned about is below -

Jordan Stilley (Born May 18, 1797, Hyde Co., NC - Married Phoebe Farris - Died about 1843, Washington Co., IL)

Son of...

Hezekiah Stilley I (Born about 1763, Somerset Co., MD - Married Sarah Davis about 1783, Hyde County, NC)

Son of...

John Stilley II (Married Grace Fountain, Craven Co., NC)

Son of...

John Stille I (Born March 1683/84, New Castle Co., DE - Married Mary? - Died North Hampton, VA?)

Son of...

Anders Olofsson Stille (Born 1639, Roslagan, Humloe, Upplands, Sweden - Married Annetje Pieters about 1671, New Castle Co., DE - Died between 1688 and 1692, Christiana 100, New Castle, Delaware Colony)

Son of...

Olof Petersson Stille (Born 1610, Penningby Manor, Lemma, Roslagen, Humloe, Uppland, Sweden - Died about 1684, Moyamensing, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)

I hope I made this clear enough, but if you have any questions at all please post back or e-mail me! I am mainly trying to confirm who was the son of who, etc, as well as dates, spouses, and other information - also trying to figure out if my line traces correctly to Olof Stille, or if it should trace to Axel Stille. Thanks so much!
