Thanks for your message. To answer your questions: - I'd avoid linking Samuel SHELLY to Christian and Magdalena (Peelman) SHELLy. Samuel is about 45 years younger than Christian, futher "World Trees" are only guess work unles the info comes from reliable, cited sources - Here's what I have on Samuel SHELLY (m.Anna BEIDLER): Name: SAMUEL SHELLY1,2 Birth: ca 17802 Father: CHRISTIAN SHELLY (ca1750-) Misc. Notes Identification with Samuel SHELLY in 1820 census2 is speculative Household consisted of: 1 male 45+; 1 female 45+; 2 females 10-15. 1 engaged in manufactures. Samuel was a common name among the Shellys. His location in Rockhill Twp. is suggestive since his son, Charles, was enumerated there in 1860. A Samuel SHELLY is listed in the 1800 census for Milford Twp., Bucks Co., Penn. Household consisted of: 1 male 16-15, 1 male 45+; 2 females under 10; 4 females 10-15; 2 females 45+. This family seems too old for Samuel ID 1150. Spouse ANNA BEIDLER3 Birth: ca 1800 Children: Christian B. (1805-1883) CHARLES (1808-1870) John (1811-1882 Sources 1. Rev. John H. Oberholtzer and Rev.
