Does anyone have any information on a Frederic Schumann - he immigrated from Breslau (germany, then; Poland, now) in the late 1800s. He was last known in New York City. There were 3 or 4 children: one daughter (Anna) and 2 or 3 sons (Charles and Frank). Frank was put on the Orphan Train and adopted by a family in Missouri. I am his relative and am looking for the Schumanns. Frederic's wife died either before they left Germany or shortly after they arrived in the states. We believe her name was Sofia.
