I am searching for information on my maternal grandfather, Rex A. Schumann b. 15 Mar 1908 Kansas, d. Nov 1986 Renton, WA. He was born to German immigrants, his father died prior to his birth and his mother died in childbirth, a freind of the family Mrs. Beatty raised him. He married my grandmother Laura Blakley in Kansas in the mid 1930s. They divorced in the 1950s and no one kept in touch with him. So far vital records have not turned up parents names or any other clues. Any assistance would be great.
