I am trying to find information about my Grandmother Marie Schumann Greenlee. She died sometime around 1936.
I know her parents came from Germany immediately after getting married and settled in the Amana Colonies at first. They had a farm near Belle Plain, IA. I'm not sure of exact location.
There was a sister Augusta who died somewhere around 1992 and was over 90 at the time.
I'm sorry I'm so ignorant of my family history. I don't even remember what my Schumann g-grandparents names were.
