I am trying to find out what ever happened to a William Raymond Russell. He usually went by the name Raymond. He was a rather eccentric person and wore ONLY Brooks Brothers shirts (Usally blue) and tan Kacki pants.\
He was known to me as Uncle Raymond. I think he was an architect or had some interesrt in architecture. I think my Grandmother was his half sister. Her name was Virginia Hickman, later Virginia Vangler. (Maiden name Virginia Hickman)of parkersburg, WV. then Columbus, Ohio.
Raymond lived in california for some time, but showed up on our door step I would guess in the early 60's or late 50's. He arrived with some money that he had intended to invest. I have some information about him that might fill some gaps for family members.I have always wondered what happened to him. His is an interesting tale, and I would like to know more. I am the son of Frances (Maghee) Tewell.
