I am trying to find two things. Philemon Russel paid taxes in Brunswick Co., Va. and I cannot find him again, unless he is the Philemon Russel in Ga. in the 1807 land lottery. I would also like to find some information on the couple that sold him the land in Brunswick Co., Va. They are Jane and David Hudson. They lived in Lunenburg in the same area the first known Philemon Russel was located, on Stony Creek. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
