Peyton and David Russel of Virginia

Does anyone have any proof as to who the father of Peyton and David Russel is?
Peyton and David were both in the Kanawha County Virginia area in the early 1800s. They were born in 1790s.
I believe their mother is Janey or Jane Turley Russel.
Have seen several times that there father is Spencer Russel.
Does anyone have any proof of this man being the husband of jane or the father of David and Peyton Russel?
