Dear Elizabeth

It's great to hear from you. I have the John Rummins you refer to on my database, and he died in 1860. However I have no details of his descendants at all.

I also have a John Rumens born circa 1780 in Biddenden or Cranbrook on the Kent Sussex border. He remains a mystery as I have been unable to find any record of his birth or death. What I do know is, he had about twelve children all with old testament names like Gideon and Moses. I think he may have been a Baptist, which make him more difficult to trace.

Thanks for replying, Which is the best way of swapping information through Genforum of by e-mail. Please let me know.

Regards

David
