I show Louis Arthur Roussel is the son of Arthur Roussel and Emeline Himel, m. 04 Jan 1875 in Vacherie, St. James, LA. Arthur is the son of Joseph Roussel and Cerige Bachelot. Emeline is the daughter of Florestan Hymel and Floralyse Hymel.
