While at the library copying some family obituary information, I also managed to copy a death notice for Louis Roussel. I thought I would post it here in the hopes it will be helpful to someone. Please note that I am typing it as the paper states. You will see below that both the death notice and funeral notice show a different age.
Roussel - Louis Roussel, a resident of this city for many years, died last night at his home, 102 Congress Street, aged 74 years. He is survived by three sons, John and Edward Roussel of this city and Philomon Roussel of Nashua, NH.
Funeral Notice
Roussel - Died in this city, July 20, at 102 Congress street, Louis Roussel, aged 81 years. The funeral will take place Friday morning at 7:30 o'clock from 102 Congress street. Funeral high mass at 8 o'clock at Notre Dame de Lourdes' church. Friends are invited to attend. Burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Undertakers Amedee Archambault & Sons in charge.
