I am looking for information on Alfred Rousseau / Brooks who was born 1860. He married Philomene St Germaine, and after 1880's was mostly settled in Clinton Co. NY. He died 1949, and is buried in St Bernard Catholic Cemetary in Lyon Mt. NY. I have found him listed as both Brooks, and Rousseau in Church records. The children between Alfred and Philomene that I have are:

Anne Amanda: B: 1897 D: 1897

I would appreciate hearing from anyone with any connection. Looking mostly for a place of birth and Parents of Alfred. No idea where he comes from.
