Seeking info on:
Charles (first recorded in city directory 1862) ROUSSEAU.
First wife Elizbeth, dies 1867, age 27. Two infant children die in period: Octavia and Anthony.
Charles remarries (date unknown) to Henrietta S.
Known offspring: Charles T and Francis S., birth unknown -- presence known from city directories for Washington DC beginning mid 1890s.
Possible offspring: Rosalie J., same address, found in early 1902-3 period.
Charles dies 1903. Have just located date and pension lead but have no info on his ancestry or descendents.
