Hilaire Rousseau was born in 1841 on the Isle of Levis in Quebec, Canada. His wife, Mary Harpe, was born 1853. I don't have her place of birth, and I received this information, undocumented, from a cousin. Hilaire and Mary owned a resort in Faribault, Minnesota.
