Hello all,
I have tried to get a good starting point to trace the Rousseau side of the family back but I don't have a lot of access to relatives on that side. My father is Irvin Joseph Rousseau Jr. My grandfather Irvin Sr. married Ann or Anna Gross. And I believe she was from Fairbault MN. From some of your msgs on this board there are references to Fairbault MN and a Joseph Rousseau so I can't help but wonder if there is a connection there. I do know that they had come down from Canada and some Native American blood runs in the family. In my msg from Rejane I found that the bloodline may be Blackfoot. If anyone can help me get a start in the right direction I would be very grateful.
