Benedetto was my great-grandfather. He was from the area in or around Rome. He married Rose Marie Sansone and they first moved to the US c. 1915. They lived in Kokomo, IN, then moved to Chicago, where they owned a properous fruit stand. They had 7 children: Margaret, Alfred, Eugene, Anne Marie, Eva, Vincent, Nary, and Josephine. I am Anne Marie's granddaughter. If you have any more information to pass along, please let me know.
