It is almost impossible to locate her family with such a little information. If we knew the county in Virginia or the county in Kentucky where the Clarks lived it would help.
I would suggest you find a lookup in Bath and surrounding counties and see if there are births, deaths, wills, land grants, etc there that might mention her. It seems her name might have been Eloda according to the 1870 census.

These are the only Clarks that fit in Bath Co, Ky.

1850 United States Federal Census > Kentucky > Bath > Division 2
enumerated: Aug 8, 1850
Elijah Clark, 50, b Va
Katherine, 46, b Va
Lobiska W,male, 22 b Va
Amanda H, 21, b Va
Ann, 20 (could be Eloda Ann?)
Octavia A, 19
Minerva M K,16
Virginia G, 13
Rufus E, 9
Debby V, 5

They lived near some Shrouts. But no Henry.
In 1860 I found one Richard Shrout with father Henry but his mother was listed as Angelina. They had a 4 yr old daughter Mary. And a daughter Martha and a son not named aged 2/12yrs. Sounds like the same family as below.

In 1870 I found Henry and Eloda in
United States Federal Census > Kentucky > Menifee > Beaver
Henry Shrout,44, farmer, b Ky
Eloda, 39, Ky
Richard, 18
Mary,14
Elijah,12
Martha,10
Robert,8
Jeff Davis,4
Emma,1
I could not find a Lodie or Eloda in any other census.
