Joann: I apologize if it sounded like I was blasting off at you, I respect your opinion and it is yours because someone has given you not enough to let you determine what you really would have, all the genes, chromosomes we have as modern human's was formed over ten thousand years ago and not changed much after that, but there are those that wish to say that mutations are going on now all the time if they were there would be no good DNA test or any standards to go by, there are testing labs and experts who can tell you much more than I can, and I know would be glad to help you understand that there are a lot of myth's out there that have confused a great number of good honest researchers in to chasing after something that don't exist, now if you had said methyhemiglobanemia then I know what you are talking about that is what they called it when it was explained to me what I had, I am no expert on hemotolgy, while in the navy hospital state side I was ask to donate samples for further studt to save lives they told me it was in the same catigory as a blue baby only in adults, I did that and went on to serve until my time was up with no other complications, just like everbody else, my suggestion would be to ask experts who can tell you about these things, although I can tell you have a good sense of what you are doing and the average person would understand what you are doing their are people less fortunate in their reasoning process that get confused when they see something as you posted, good wishes and good luck in your research....jim
