Thank you for your interest. I tested with FTDna and am inrolled with the Rea Y-Dna Project. It's to bad that Ancestry.com doesn't use the same numbers. My number on the Rea Project results page is #64249. I don't know about belonging to a subclade they just told me that I belong to haplogroup J2. I suppose they could test further and tell about if it was a subclade but I really don't see any point to paying more to find that out as that is very deepest history and all I was interested in was trying to find out my history on this side of the ocean for now.
I would be glad to discuss the values with you. I matched with three people with ties to Northern Ireland and one with ancestry back to the Scottish Border country and one from Tenn. who didn't know anymore than I did about his history. Our history was lost due to early deaths.
