Thank you for your reply. I am unsure of just what the connection between the Livingstons and my Rays is. So will have to do more looking to find out that answer. I have no idea how how my Rays came from NC. to Ark. But the Livingstons seem to have traveled quite a route to get there. My Rays - Wards show up from 1850-1860 time frame. As they are on 1860 Census for Bradley Co. Ark. They are found in the Warren- Pennington Twp. area. 1870 living with James Ward at Red Land Twp. The Livingstons seem to have married in with the Wards from 1870-1880. But this to is still to be looked at.

1850 census Bradley Co. Ark.

John 53 NC.
Elenor 43 NC.
Alexander 19 NC.
Mary 18 NC.
Sarah 17 SC.
Hugh 16 SC.
Ellen 11 Ala.
Celia 8 Ark.
Reecy 7 Ark.
Martha E. 3 Ark.

1860 census Bradley Co. Ark. John must have died?
