Carl at one time the family institution was very serious among the old folk of Kentucky. So serious that a divorce was finalized by the Kentucky Legislature.
I came across it while reading study Kentucky legislative acts.
I was sure also someone out there may be looking for this family.
i think the Secretary General office of Kentucky can answer your question or the Archived dept of the Kentucky Legislature.
I dont recognize the name Jacob from Garrard but there was one living up in Jefferson Co.
