I am hoping Phinneas is the father of one of my ancestors. Her name is Mary Ralph, and she was born July 29, 1795 in Vermont. She was married to John Pierce, born November 25, 1794. She was still in Vermont in 1823, when one of her children was born there. She was in Tonawanda, Erie County, New York in 1828, when another of her children were born. She was in Ingham County, Michigan with her family around 1840. Ingham County is the same county that Eunice Ralph is found in, and an adjacent county to the connected family that ended up in Ovid, Michigan.

There are many parallels between the Mary Ralph I am looking for, and the family of Phineas Ralph (the subject of this thread). Even more interesting, one of Mary's sons was named Phineas. Can anyone confirm that Mary is one of the unknown female Ralphs listed as being born 1790-1800 earlier in this thread?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
Mike
