I am looking for MATTHEW RADTKE, born June 2nd 1963 (or 64?) in upstate Michigan (Hancock?), US Army from 1984 until 1990 (E4) - 6th Battalion 14th Field Artillery (84 - 87 Pinder Barracks, Zirndorf, Germany and then Fort Lewis, Tacoma, WA), he got married 1989 in Tacoma, WA.
I have lost sight of him just before Desert Storm 1991.
As a result of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack, neither the US Army, its Worldwide Locator nor the International Red Cross will give any information on former Soldiers, unless you are a family member.
So, if you know Matthew and/or know where I can find him, PLEASE WRITE. He is one of my best friends and I need to know weather he is alright.
