Have found that Chico's given name is Horst Radtke.
His father was a missionary in Chile and married a
lady from South America. Horst and his wife, Evie,
lived om Kaiserslautern, Germany in the 1970's. If
anyone has any further information concerning their whereabouts, it would greatly be appreciated.
